This is a session for curious adults who want to explore life’s bigger questions:

Who am I? What matters? What is my purpose? How am I motivated?

In this learning circle, we will reflect on purpose, values, and meaning through discussion and shared experience, with inspiration from modern psychology, ancient philosophy, and one another.​

Exploring the teachings of Dr David Hawkins

Join us as we explore the work of Dr David Hawkins; Psychiatrist, teacher, and pioneer of consciousness research.

 

Drawing on his Map of Consciousness and the use of applied kinesiology to measure truth and awareness, this circle invites reflection on how we can apply Hawkins' work in our daily lives.

 

Through group discussion and activities, we’ll discuss Dr Hawkins' teachings on muscles testing, power vs. force, and the movement from ego to essence.​​

Raise Your Vibration!

What does it really mean to “raise your vibration”? In this circle, we explore the science and spirituality of vibrational wellbeing, from heart coherence and brainwave states to the power of gratitude, breathwork, and sound.

 

We will touch on neuroscience, quantum biology, and positive psychology, looking at simple, practical ways to shift our frequency and cultivate more joy, presence, and alignment in daily life.
