The Golden Thread: Philosophy for Everyday Life
Saturday 20 September · 10am–1pm · Fellside Centre, Kendal
Includes tea, coffee, cake & soulful company

How do we 'live a good life'? What does that even mean?

This learning circle explores timeless wisdom from across the ages, tracing a “golden thread” through philosophical traditions like Stoicism, Taoism, and Existentialism. Together, we’ll reflect on everyday questions of meaning, morality, and how to live with integrity in a complex world.

With a gentle mix of thought experiments, journaling, and soulful discussion, we’ll make philosophy practical, not just for the mind, but for how we choose to live and relate to others.

Who Is It For?
Open to adults of all ages, deep thinkers, curious questioners, quiet rebels and everyday philosophers.
No prior study of philosophy needed, just a willingness to explore life’s big questions in good company.
