Rhythms of Nature: Reattuning to the Seasons and Cycles

Saturday 20 December · 10am–1pm · Fellside Centre, Kendal
Includes tea, coffee, cake & soulful company

We are cyclical beings, but modern life pulls us out of rhythm.

This winter solstice we invite you to join a gentle, grounding circle to reconnect with seasonal and lunar rhythms, exploring how nature’s cycles can guide your own wellbeing, reflection, and decision-making.
Through nature journaling, moon mapping, and seasonal rituals, we’ll explore how to live more in tune with the world around and within us.
