This nourishing circle invites you to meet the many parts of your inner world, from the inner critic and inner child to the intuitive guide and soulful witness.
Through reflective writing, dialogue, and guided inner journeys, we’ll learn to distinguish, listen to, and work with these voices with compassion and discernment.
